Pilot brief · Private preview
Two pages. The engagement, the evidence contract and the build status.

What the pilot is
The problem being tested
In a full-service venue with a zone the team cannot reliably see into, requests become unowned: the guest does not know they were seen, the floor does not know who is going, and the manager learns late. HALO's premise is that every request should carry an owner, a clock and a verified end, on a record the operation can audit.
Shape of the engagement
Ninety days, one venue, paid, at your property wherever it is. Two weeks of observed manual baseline; six weeks of live operation inside a frozen measurement window; the remainder for onboarding, protocol tuning and the conversion decision. Weekly operator review throughout, with on-site setup and staff training.
What it costs
A one-time setup and training fee plus a flat monthly per-venue fee, quoted after a scoping conversation. Never per request, never per seat. Free pilots are not offered: they buy politeness rather than evidence.
What is required from the venue
An owner-operator or general manager with P&L authority on the floor, staff already comfortable with handheld devices, at least one zone where requests currently go missing, and willingness to sign written success criteria and a pre-agreed conversion price before go-live. No integration is required at go-live.

How it gets proved, and what is not built
The evidence contract
Metrics are frozen and signed before the measurement window opens. Verification of a completed request comes from the guest or an integration event, never from the person who did the work. Synthetic demonstration data never enters an evidence report. If the frozen criteria are not met, that finding is delivered in full, with limitations and confidence stated.
Primary measures
Missed-request rate, and P50 and P90 acknowledge and arrival times by request class, zone and daypart. Secondary: repeat-request rate, bill-request-to-clear interval and recovery rate. Adoption health is private to the operator, never ranked and never published per staff member.
What exists today
The request lifecycle state machine and its guards are built and exhaustively tested. Database-enforced tenant isolation is delivered. Ledger persistence, APIs, guest, staff and manager surfaces and the routing engine are specified and in build.
What does not exist, and is not claimed
No integrations. No AI, machine learning, prediction or benchmark network. No hardware. No customers, no case studies, no measured outcomes, no certifications. Any screen shown on the website is an illustration of intent rather than a screenshot of shipped software.
Starting a conversation
Use the enquiry form on the website, or write directly to ahmed@invenioprotocols.com. A twenty-minute scoping call is enough to establish whether the venue geometry and the operator's authority make a useful pilot, before anything is quoted.
